In a world that feels so busy we need to learn to turn down the noise, look after our physical & mental health through Good Nutrition, Stress Management, Sleep Hygiene & Exercise. This enables us to be more productive, less sick days & feeling in balance with work & life.

As a nutritional Therapist and an ex corporate employee I’ve seen first hand how a persons diet directly impacts upon their energy, concentration, mood and even their ability to handle day to day stress. 

Ive been that employee that has had to put health first, give up a career, fight for a diagnosis and re train along the way.. My passion for Metabolic Health & Stress Resilience is second to non.
I am also a rare disease advocate for Females with Fabry Disease a Lysosomal Storage Disorder, a voice to speak up that this is not just a male disease but very much effects females, how i’ve learnt to overcome adversity, build a strong resilient mindset and forge a new career working on my terms and in sync with my body.



Claire has spent more than ten years in the Health & Fitness sector, keeping abreast of new trends, science led studies and predominantly women’s Health in particular Metabolic Health.

She is also an advocate of females fighting rare diseases after her own diagnosis in 2021.
