Purchase Terms of Agreement
The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.
Payment + Refund Policy
All transactions for purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.
Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on www.wellconnectedhealth.coach are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.
WELL Connected Health & Collective reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.
Delivery of Goods and Services
If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact claire@wellconnectedhealth.coach with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
Private Service one to one / Face to Face appointments
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, a 48 hour notice is required (cancellations /rescheduling for Monday appointments must be made by 12pm on Friday) or full consultation fee will be charged. “No Shows” without notification will be subject to the full consultation cost.
If you arrive late for your appointment you may not receive a full allotted time for your appointment.
Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened with and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
