We all have inflammation in our bodies, your immune system creates inflammation to protect the body from infection, injury, or disease.

There are many things you wouldn’t be able to heal from without inflammation.
But there are times when we can have too much inflammation in the body and things can start to go wrong.
There are 2 types of inflammation
Acute Inflammation 
Lasts a short period of time, can be severe, but typically it happens to help fight and wade off any infection or illness quickly.. typically passes in a week or 2.
Chronic Inflammation 
Slower and less severe can last up to a few month
Or more and does not always appear in the body to fight infection or disease.
Chronic inflammation can be linked to prolonged periods of stress, poor food choices and also underlying autoimmune and or chronic illness and certain medications.
Symptoms but not limited to of More chronic inflammation
  • Body pain
  • Constant fatigue and insomnia
  • Anxiety, Depression & Mood changes
  • Gut issues like constipation, diarrhea, and acid reflux
  • Battling the bulge
  • Always picking up bugs / infections
Certain foods can trigger and worsen the inflammation in our bodies and we will look at foods that Flare and later foods that help to reduce..
